SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES

  • Participants displayed 56% percentage point growth in How to implement El in their Daily Life / Endeavors.

  • Participants displayed 44% percentage point growth in having the skills to be successful in groups or teams when working towards shared outcomes.

  • Participants displayed 33% percentage point growth in having confidence in their ability to identify their own strengths and weaknesses.

  • Participants displayed 33% percentage point growth in having confidence in their ability to develop relationships with others who are different from them.

There Was a Total Range of Percent Point Growth From 11% - 56% in other competency areas specific for the corporation and its core values. This indicates strong, positive growth across all 17 areas of competencies.

Such Improvement indicates High Impact In professional development growth that translates directly to performance and application in the work, life, and leadership.
